NOTICE OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Dear MFA Members,
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Malaysian Finance Association will be held on 31 JULY 2019 (Wednesday) at 3.30 pm, Sunway University.
AGENDA
1. Confirmation of the Minutes of the 2018 Annual General Meeting.
2. Adoption of the President’s Report.
3. Adoption of the Audited Accounts for the Financial Year ended 30 April 2019.
4. Adoption of the Editor’s Report on the Capital Markets Review.
5. MFA 2.0
6. The Retirement of EXCO 2018/2019.
7. The Election of New EXCO 2019/2021.
8. Appointment of 3 Trustees as provided under clause 12 of the constitution.
9. Appointment of 2 Auditors who are not members of the Executive Committee as provided under clause 11 of the constitution.
10. Other matters.
Members are reminded of the following:
a. Only members of good standing shall be entitled to attend the Annual General Meeting.
b. Any member wishing to place an item on the Agenda must give written notice to the Honorary Secretary, to reach the Secretariat not later than 22 July, 2019.
